These are moist and chewy, not hard like most. Just eating one can stave off hunger for hours like a healthy "Snicker" would. The taste combination is awesome. Ginger really knows how to cook and how to flavor her foods. I've never had anything like them, but they are WAY better than anything I have purchased like it from even high-end grocery stores like "Whole Foods/Check", The Fresh Market, Trader Joes, or Natural Grocers. Maybe you should market yourself to them?? I have a friend who got her products into two of the top ones. Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend her bars.
